With over 30 years experience as a flight instructor and
in excess of 25,000 hours in his logbook Islam has a wealth of knowledge
and experience that he is very happy to share with instructors and students
alike. He is kept busy with FIC and IR instruction, as well as flight
tests for all levels of student from new PPL's through to IR renewals.

| Jill is Islam's wife and co-director of Redair. She is our
resident RT examiner and also does some flight tests and occasional advanced
training. When not grappling with the Redair accounts or putting a stressed
exam candidate at their ease she may be found captaining a British Airways
777 to far flung corners of the globe. |

| Tony was a student Pilot at Redhill around 20
years ago, having gained his licence and a military career, he has now joined
us to carry on the good work. On his days off he can be found in the skies
above Shoreham were he has a share in a C152 |

Graham is a Systems Analyst in his regular day job but is a qualified
instructor and can be found at Blackbushe most weekends escaping the rat-race.

Barrie can often be found on Friday and Saturday throwing off the shackles
of his 9-5 marketing job to come and instruct. He is also fanatical about
the Le Mans 24 Hr Race.

our crew after doing his FIC course with us, gainfully employed during the
week Captain Blythe can be found floating around the Blackbushe skies at
the weekend, |

| Steve had a Trial Lesson and thought 'I can Do this!' and
is now teaching others the wonder of the Skies, Owner of a share in a Warrior
based at Blackbushe, he happily flies off to the South of France on a regular
basis |

| Peter has a full-time role with the AAIB but loves his flying
(both fixed and rotary wing) and he is happy to respond to requests for
another instructor on busy weekends. |

| Vivien joined us from running her own building
firm, so is quite at home dealing with difficult instructors. Her broomstick
is normally parked out the back. |

A graduate of Blackbushe Aviation, Peter is 'flying' the desk on a Friday
and Saturday, and any other 'High Day and Holidays' we can offer, Peters
warped sense of humour means he fits in perfectly

| Carole can be found, during the week, at her
local Post Office dishing out Foriegn Currancy, but likes to come in on
the odd Sunday to see what is occuring at Blackbushe, married to Tony, Carole
is at her happiest watching Tony grapple with the controls of a 'twin' as
he flies her around the sunny skies of Florida. |
